You’ll find a lot of interesting design techniques on this Feld cover including blocky typography, transparencies and a quirky image. All are rendered in sepia tones giving the cover a nostalgic feel while still being distinctly modern and contemporary.
The photo is taken really well the only major problem I have with the photo is the big white box blocking part of the picture. I don't know if they were meaning to do that or if it was a mistake but it makes the cover look really bad and from what I can see it has no relevant information so it seems like it was just a waste that made the photo look bad. Also I do not know what magazine this is so I don't know the information they have in their magazine but there is no information on the cover and usually there is that sort of thing so i do not find it interesting in any way other than the photo.
