Photo Manipulation and Ethics
1. I read a lot about people having there heads edited in onto the body of a model, and I saw a lot of changing the lighting after the photo was taken.
2. Newspapers like the Washington Post have very strict guidelines for editing photos and they are to never alter the colors of a photo.
3. I think that cropping a photo to limit the exposure is ok and I thing that filters and even touching up on small things like small facial blemishes are ok, but I don't think that putting someones head on another persons body is ok, and I don't think someone should be cut out of a photo.
